Exchanges and Returns

You have 30 days to return your order, provided the item is unworn, unwashed and in good condition.

How do I return an item or exchange a size?

1. The product arrived damaged or defective: email hello@hoodysol.com and we'll send you a replacement completely free of charge, including shipping.

2. If you're not convinced, it looks too small/large, or you simply changed your mind: send it back to us with proof of delivery, noting whether you'd like an exchange or a refund, to either of these two addresses:

Once we receive the products, we'll send you a code so you can place a new order at no extra cost.

Shipping the items back to us is at your expense, but once we receive the package and send out the new one, we cover that shipping – so shipping costs are split between us.

If you'd like a refund, we'll refund you using the same payment method used for the purchase.
