Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed on HoodySol for delivery within the United States. We sell both digital and physical products, and they are delivered differently.

Digital products

  • Digital products are delivered electronically right after your payment is successful, by email and/or a download link shown at checkout.
  • Delivery is usually instant. If you don't see it, check your spam or junk folder and make sure the email address you entered at checkout is correct.
  • Digital products have no shipping charges.

Physical products

  • Physical items ship from Hockessin, Delaware, to the shipping address you enter at checkout.
  • Many of our items are printed to order, so please allow time for your order to be produced before it ships.
  • Orders ship with UPS or FedEx. Standard delivery usually takes 2–5 business days after your order ships.
  • When your order ships, we will email you a shipping confirmation with a tracking number.
  • Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding US federal holidays.

Shipping costs

  • Standard Shipping: $4.99 on orders under $50.
  • Free Shipping: on orders of $50 or more.
  • The final shipping cost is always shown at checkout before you pay.

Delays

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, severe weather, holidays and other events outside our control can affect delivery.

Shipping address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by an incorrect or incomplete address. If you notice a mistake, email us right away and we will do our best to update it before the order ships.

Lost, damaged or incorrect deliveries

If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you cannot find it, if it arrives damaged, if you received the wrong item, or if a digital product was not delivered, contact us within 7 days of delivery (30 days for digital products) with your full name, shipping address, order number, a description of the issue and photos if applicable. We will work with the carrier and arrange a replacement, refund or other appropriate solution.
