1. Overview

This website is operated by Hoody Solutions LLC, a Delaware limited liability company doing business as HoodySol ("we", "us", "our"). By visiting our store or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Shipping Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the store. Our store is hosted on Shopify.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. By using the store you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account. Please give us accurate information and keep it up to date.

4. Orders and payments

Order fulfillment

Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is accepted when we ship it or, for digital products, when we deliver it. We may limit quantities or refuse or cancel an order at our discretion, including orders that appear to be placed by resellers or that we suspect are fraudulent.

Pricing and taxes

Prices are shown in US dollars and may change without notice. Applicable sales tax and shipping costs are shown at checkout. If a product is listed at the wrong price or with incorrect information, or is no longer available, we may cancel the order and refund any amount you paid. Payment is taken at checkout through our secure payment providers.

Physical products

Physical products (apparel, mugs and accessories) are shipped to the address you provide, as described in our Shipping Policy. We try to show our products, colors and prints as accurately as possible, but colors may look slightly different depending on your screen. Many items are printed to order.

Digital products

Digital products (downloadable PDF files) are delivered electronically, usually instantly after successful payment. When you buy a digital product, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, print and use it for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not resell, share, redistribute, upload or claim the files as your own. Digital products may be non-refundable once delivered or accessed, except where the file is faulty, defective or incorrectly delivered, or where the law requires otherwise.

Refunds and returns

Returns, exchanges and refunds for physical and digital products are covered by our Refund Policy.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the store for any unlawful purpose; to harass, abuse or harm others; to upload viruses or malicious code; to scrape, copy or collect data from the store without permission; or to interfere with the store's security or operation.

6. Intellectual property

All designs, artwork, text, images, logos, digital files and other content on this store belong to Hoody Solutions LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute or sell them without our prior written permission, except as allowed by the digital product license above.

7. Reviews and feedback

If you send us reviews, comments or ideas, you allow us to use, publish and share them without payment to you. You are responsible for what you submit, and it must not be unlawful, misleading or infringe anyone's rights. We may remove any content at our discretion.

8. Third-party services and links

The store may include tools or links provided by third parties. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, products or practices.

9. Disclaimer

The store and our products are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties not expressly stated in these Terms, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the store will be uninterrupted or error-free.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hoody Solutions LLC and its owners, employees and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the store or our products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product that gave rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hoody Solutions LLC from any claims, losses or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or the rights of others.

13. Termination

We may suspend or end your access to the store at any time if you break these Terms. Sections that by their nature should continue (such as intellectual property, disclaimers and limitation of liability) will survive.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled by the state or federal courts located in Delaware, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.
